Who We Are

We offer essential home and community based services to individuals with developmental disabilities in the state of Arizona. Our license is through the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD).

  1. Respite:

    • Respite care provides temporary relief to primary caregivers or family members who are responsible for the ongoing care of individuals with developmental disabilities. This service allows caregivers to take a break from their caregiving duties while ensuring that the individual with developmental disabilities continues to receive proper care and support.

  2. Habilitation:

    • Habilitation services are designed to help individuals with developmental disabilities acquire, maintain, and improve skills necessary for daily living. This may include assistance with activities such as communication, socialization, self-care, and other essential life skills.

  3. Attendant Care (Provider / Parent Provider):

    • Attendant care involves providing assistance and support to individuals with developmental disabilities in their daily activities. The distinction between "Provider" and "Parent Provider" means the service can be delivered by either professional caregivers or parents, depending on the arrangement and preferences of the individuals receiving care.
